RETURNS
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for defective or damaged items only. To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging and in the condition received.

To initiate a return, contact us at support@softstandard.shop with your order number, a description of the defect, and supporting photos.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that are not defective or damaged
- Items marked as final sale
- Customised or personalised products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping is free for defective or damaged items. We will provide a prepaid return label upon approval of your return request.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

EXCHANGES
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at support@softstandard.shop to arrange an exchange.
